Education Program Manager

📋 Description

• Manage live, online training programs and support program operations.
• Prepare and launch training programs, set up applications, and coordinate client communications.
• Oversee multiple programs, manage timelines, and ensure smooth execution.
• Collaborate across teams to enhance program impact, experience, and scalability.
• Ensure a friendly, professional learning environment via responsive learner support.
• Partner with admissions, marketing, and instructional staff to drive enrollment.

🎯 Requirements

• JLPT N2 (N1 preferred); mastery of Keigo for negotiations and presentations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree a plus.
• 3-5 years in program management, with at least 1 year in education/training.
• Experience leading teams; autonomy and a track record of success.
• Proficient with Google Suite, MS Office, Slack, and Zoom.
• Experience with Data analysis, CRM or Salesforce; education software a plus.
