Education Program Manager

📋 Description

• Build PgM function; onboarding and support for education customers
• Create resources and training materials for Figma for Education
• Establish relationships with education stakeholders; define engagement strategy
• Analyze usage data to identify risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with Marketing, Designer Advocates, and product teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Sales or Program Management with a track record of closing opportunities
• Ability to build and nurture long-term customer relationships while growing a diverse account portfolio
• Strong interest in learning technical products and articulating their value
• Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with proactive process improvement
• Detail-oriented self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication
• K-12/higher-ed domain expertise is a plus
