🎯 Requirements

• Valid Cosmetology License with strong color, cutting, styling, and chemical services.
• 5+ years in professional beauty education, salon training, or technical sales.
• Experience delivering educational presentations and coaching beauty professionals.
• Strong color theory and technical haircare knowledge for salon practices.
• Experience supporting distributor relations and collaborating with sales teams.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
