📋 Description

• Deliver education programs, training sessions, and product demos for distributor partners.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and development of distributor educators.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop educational content and training materials.
• Partner with international education teams for alignment on launches and training.
• Lead education sessions during sales meetings, launches, events, and seminars.
• Work with sales to strengthen salon partnerships and support growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Cosmetology License with strong color, cutting, styling, and chemical skills.
• Minimum 5 years in professional beauty education, salon training, or technical sales.
• Experience delivering educational presentations and coaching beauty professionals.
• Strong color theory and technical haircare knowledge.
• Experience supporting distributor relationships and sales collaboration.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
