Design and validate end-to-end exams using Certiverse and psychometrics.
Partner with SMEs for Job Task Analyses to align assessments with personas.
Oversee platforms, badging, and operations (Certiverse, Accredible, AI proctoring).
Drive AI-enabled content and agile delivery for rapid updates.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years directing credentialing programs in enterprise SaaS.
Experience with Certiverse and Accredible.
Psychometrics: blueprinting, cut-scores, analytics.
AI-enabled workflows for tagging, item generation, and reporting.
Agile delivery in cross-functional teams (Asana).
Education: BA/MA in IO Psychology or related field.
