📋 Description

• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Data teams to identify business needs and improvement
• Support marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, and enterprise integrations.
• Participate in data migration, data mapping, validation, and system integration projects.
• Create functional documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, and acceptance
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, discovery sessions, and requirements workshops.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis: Experience gathering requirements, analyzing business
• 2–3+ years of Marketing Operations: Experience with marketing workflows, CRM systems, marketing
• 3+ years of Data Management & Analysis: Experience with data validation, mapping
• 2–3+ years of System Integration & Data Migration: Experience supporting enterprise
• 4+ years of Functional Documentation: Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance
• 2+ years of UAT & Solution Validation: Experience coordinating testing activities, validating
