🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record leading enterprise EHR integrations, specifically delivering end-to-end Epic
• 3–5 years of experience deploying SaaS solutions for external clients, with a focus on Epic health
• Strong technical fluency in bidirectional integrations, HL7 v2 (ORM/ORU), and FHIR (R4 / SMART on
• Ability to translate clinical workflows and business requirements into clear technical specs, data
• Experience coordinating cross-functional partner IT, vendor, and internal engineering teams through
• Strong project management skills to manage multiple integrations simultaneously, mitigate risks
