📋 Description

• Optimize EHR solutions for ACO initiatives.
• Collaborate with practices and teams on EHR projects.
• Enable data collection for population health analytics.
• Support practice workflows and training on EHR use.
• Travel periodically to client sites as needed.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant experience may substitute.
• 4–6 years client-facing project lead in healthcare.
• Experience implementing or optimizing with top ambulatory EHRs.
• Experience with Epic Ambulatory, NextGen, Athena, Greenway, or eClinicalWorks.
• Strong relationship-building, PM, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel periodically and adapt quickly.
