EHS coordinator/specialist

📋 Description

• Ensure facility compliance with EHS regulations (local, national, international)
• Conduct workplace inspections, hazard identifications, and risk assessments
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses; implement corrective actions
• Develop and deliver EHS training for all employees
• Maintain and test emergency response plans and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years EHS experience in manufacturing/industrial environment
• Solid knowledge of Spanish EHS legislation and regulatory frameworks
• Proficient in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 and EHS data tools
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; RCA methods (5-Why, fishbone)
• Nice-to-have: Lean/5S and contractor management (permit-to-work)
