📋 Description

• Design and optimize the EHS organizational structure for Wind Services, establishing clear
• Serve as the primary EHS strategic partner to senior services leadership, regional leaders, and
• Translate complex EHS performance data into actionable business strategies that align safety
• Collaborate with EHS Centers of Excellence to translate global standards into practical, scalable
• Direct the execution of EHS initiatives across service regions, with particular focus on operations
• Ensure EHS standards are embedded into maintenance, repair, and field intervention activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, or a related field; an
• Proven experience leading large-scale, complex, geographically dispersed organizations in
• Significant experience in EHS management, including direct execution of EHS programs in operational
• Strong understanding of how EHS functions as a business enabler while maintaining appropriate
• Demonstrated ability to reduce incident rates through proactive risk management, structural
• Experience managing contractor safety programs and working directly with contractor leadership on
