EHS Manager

📋 Description

• Lead safety culture across the fulfillment center with floor checks.
• Own safety programs end-to-end; ensure audits and compliance.
• Operate without Safety Supervisors; manage scope and execution.
• Spend significant time on the warehouse floor for safety.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of safety or EHS experience in warehouse or e-fulfillment.
• Regulatory experience; responsibility for logs, complaints, onsite support.
• Experience supporting multi-shift operations, including nights/weekends.
• Hands-on JHAs, safety audits, incident investigations, and root causes.
• Ability to own and execute integrated safety programs independently.
• Floor-level presence on the warehouse floor for much of each shift.
