EHS Manager

📋 Description

• Own strategic and hands-on safety programs for the fulfillment center
• Lead floor-level safety efforts: walk-throughs, investigations, training
• Ensure compliance is lived, not just documented; audits ready
• In absence of Supervisors, own full safety program execution

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of safety or EHS in production/warehouse
• Extensive regulatory experience; responsibility for 300 logs and onsite support
• Experience supporting multi-shift operations (nights/weekends)
• Hands-on JHA, safety audits, incident investigations, root-cause analyses
• Proven ability to own and execute integrated safety programs independently
• Comfortable as floor-level presence on the warehouse floor
