EHS Manager

📋 Description

• Own strategic and daily safety programs across the fulfillment center.
• Be a floor-level presence—conduct walk-throughs and lead incident investigations.
• Deliver training and ensure safety compliance is lived, not just documented.
• In absence of Safety Supervisors, carry full safety responsibilities.
• Spend a significant portion of each shift on the warehouse floor.
• Ensure audits are current and corrective actions are closed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in safety/EHS in production or warehouse settings.
• Formal regulatory experience; responsible for 300 logs and onsite support.
• Experience supporting multi-shift operations, including nights/weekends.
• Hands-on JHA, safety audits, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.
• Proven ability to own and execute integrated safety programs independently.
• Comfortable as floor-level presence; spend shifts on the warehouse floor.
