📋 Description

• Floor-level Safety Manager across the fulfillment center.
• Conduct walk-throughs, incidents, and investigations.
• Lead training and safety program execution.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and audit readiness.
• Own root cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Manage workers’ comp and incident costs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years EHS in production/warehouse.
• Regulatory experience; manage 300 logs and onsite support.
• Experience with multi-shift operations (nights/weekends).
• Hands-on JHAs, safety audits, incident investigations, root causes.
• Able to work floor-level; independent program ownership.
