EHS Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and manage EHS direct reports; ensure safety outcomes.
• Develop/implement HASP and safety policies.
• Deliver training, mentoring, and coaching to teams.
• Conduct air sampling, audits, investigations, safety reviews.
• Partner with Operations to deploy safety programs.
• Promote safety culture; coordinate with client reps on safety requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in safety, engineering, or related field.
• BCSP designation (CSP/CHST/STS).
• 5+ years leading safety programs in civil/construction/oil/mining.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel.
• Strong written/verbal communication and problem solving.
