EHS Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, Manage and be Accountable for direct reports.
• Drive a safety culture promoting Incident and Injury Free Performance.
• Provide Safety and Health support to project teams.
• Assist the Regional EHS Manager with developing and administering programs and policies.
• Identify safety training opportunities and program gaps, and develop plans to meet needs.
• Create and implement effective safety and health policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in safety, engineering, construction, or related discipline.
• BCSP designation (e.g., CSP, CHST, STS)
• Minimum of five plus years of experience managing safety programs in civil, environmental, or
• Valid Driver's License and ability to drive on behalf of company business.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel; strong written and verbal communication
