EHS Manager

📋 Description

• Own ORIR/LTI rates; drive root-cause and corrective actions.
• Document and investigate OSHA recordables; close actions on time.
• Ensure new hire and PIT safety training ≥95%; onboarding before first shift.
• Conduct monthly safety audits; track open items to closure; improve results.
• Maintain emergency response plans, evacuation procedures, and first aid resources.
• Manage workers’ compensation claims; implement modified duties; reduce costs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years EHS/safety in production, warehouse or e-fulfillment.
• Regulatory experience; manage logs and onsite support.
• Experience supporting multi-shift operations (night/weekend).
• JHAs, safety audits, incident investigations, root-cause analyses.
• Proven ability to own/execute integrated safety programs independently.
• Comfortable as a floor-level presence on the warehouse floor.
