EHS Manager

📋 Description

• Floor-level presence across the fulfillment center.
• Lead walk-throughs, incident investigations, and training.
• Own safety programs with hands-on execution.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions with ops.
• Ensure audits are completed and tracked to closure.
• Manage workers' comp with modified duty programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of safety/EHS in production, warehouse, or e-fulfillment.
• Regulatory experience; responsible for 300 logs and onsite support.
• Experience supporting multi-shift operations (night/weekends).
• Hands-on JHA, safety audits, incident investigations, RCA.
• Own and execute integrated safety programs independently.
• Comfortable floor-level presence on the warehouse floor.
