EHS Manager

📋 Description

• Own strategic safety oversight and hands-on execution across the fulfillment center.
• Conduct floor-level safety walks and incident investigations.
• Deliver safety training and ensure program compliance is lived, not just documented.
• In absence of Safety Supervisors, carry full breadth of responsibilities.
• Maintain audit-ready safety programs and incident records.
• Support safety culture across shifts and floor operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years EHS in production/warehouse/e-fulfillment.
• Regulatory experience with responsibility for 300 logs and onsite support.
• Experience supporting multi-shift operations, including nights/weekends.
• Hands-on Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), safety audits, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.
• Ability to own and execute integrated safety programs independently.
• Floor-level presence on the warehouse floor.
