📋 Description

• Floor-level safety leadership across the fulfillment center.
• Owns strategic oversight and hands-on safety execution.
• Conducts walk-throughs, investigations, and training.
• Keeps safety programs audit-ready and compliant.
• Carries out core safety responsibilities without supervisor support.
• Spends significant time on the warehouse floor.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of safety or EHS in production/warehouse.
• Formal regulatory experience and 300+ logs/onsite support.
• Experience supporting multi-shift operations (nights/weekends).
• Hands-on experience with JHA, safety audits, incident investigations.
• Owns and executes integrated safety programs independently.
• Floor-level presence on the warehouse floor across shifts.
