📋 Description

• Floor-level safety leadership across the fulfillment center.
• Lead walk-throughs, investigations, and training sessions.
• Own integrated safety programs and audit readiness.
• Manage workers' comp and modified duty programs.
• Oversee emergency plans, evacuations, and first aid readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years safety/EHS in production or warehouse.
• Extensive regulatory experience; 300 logs and onsite support.
• Multi-shift experience (night/weekend).
• Hands-on JHA, safety audits, investigations, root cause analyses.
• Independent owner of integrated safety programs.
• Comfortable as floor-level presence on the warehouse floor.
