📋 Description

• Drive proactive safety culture with floor-level presence.
• Own strategic oversight and hands-on safety programs.
• Conduct floor walk-throughs and safety training.

• Maintain audit readiness for all safety programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of safety or EHS in production/warehouse/e-fulfillment.
• Formal regulatory experience; manage 300 logs and onsite support.
• Experience supporting multi-shift operations, nights/weekends.
• Hands-on JHA, safety audits, incident investigations, root cause analysis.
• Able to own and execute integrated safety programs independently.
• Comfortable spending significant time on the warehouse floor.
