EHS Manager

📋 Description

• Own strategic oversight and day-to-day safety programs across the fulfillment center.
• Conduct floor-level safety walk-throughs, incident investigations, and training.
• Ensure safety compliance is lived, not just documented.
• Lead safety audits and drive items to closure.
• In the absence of Safety Supervisors, carry full safety responsibilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of safety or EHS in production/warehouse.
• Regulatory experience; oversight for 300 logs, complaints, and onsite support.
• Experience supporting multi-shift operations (night/weekend).
• Hands-on JHA, safety audits, incident investigations, root-cause analyses.
• Proven ability to own and execute integrated safety programs independently.
• Comfortable on the warehouse floor for significant shift time.
