EHS Manager

📋 Description

• Own safety programs across the fulfillment center.
• Conduct floor-level safety walks, investigations, and training.
• Ensure compliance is lived, not just documented.
• Lead incident investigations and audit readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of safety/EHS in production, warehouse, or e-fulfillment.
• Regulatory experience; manage logs, complaints, on-site support.
• Experience supporting multi-shift operations (night/weekend).
• Hands-on JHA, safety audits, incident investigations, RCA.
• Own and execute integrated safety programs independently.
• Floor-level presence, spend substantial time on the warehouse floor.
