EHS Manager

📋 Description

• Own strategic safety oversight across the fulfillment center.
• Conduct floor-level safety walk-throughs and investigations.
• Deliver safety training and ensure real, lived compliance.
• Lead audits and keep programs audit-ready.
• Maintain emergency plans, evacuations, and first aid resources.
• Manage workers’ compensation and modified duty programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of safety or EHS experience in production/warehouse/e-fulfillment.
• Formal regulatory experience; responsibility for 300 logs and onsite support.
• Experience supporting multi-shift operations, including night/weekends.
• Hands-on JHAs, safety audits, incident investigations, root cause analyses.
• Proven ability to own and execute integrated safety programs.
• Comfortable on the warehouse floor as a floor-level presence.
