EHS Specialist

📋 Description

• Support development and implementation of EHS programs across Headquarters, R&D, Field
• Partner with EHS Leadership to build new divisional safety programs, procedures, training
• Conduct field and site safety assessments for deployments, installations, customer locations, and
• Perform Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), pre-task risk assessments, and site-specific risk assessments
• Support safe work practices for rooftop work, work at height, ladder use, electrical activities
• Establish weather-related work restrictions for wind, rain, lightning, ice, extreme heat, and other

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive EHS specialist-level experience.
• Degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial
• Working knowledge of OSHA general-industry requirements, and familiarity with fall protection
• Experience conducting JHAs, risk assessments, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Experience supporting field operations, construction, installations, engineering, R&D
• Ability to interpret regulations and translate requirements into practical operational controls.
