📋 Description

  • Champion Forgen’s Core Values and drive an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture across assigned
  • Provide advanced EHS leadership and support to high-risk or high-visibility projects.
  • Lead site safety inspections, field audits, and complex hazard assessments; ensure corrective
  • Develop, review, and refine project HASPs and Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs).
  • Lead or assist complex incident and near-miss investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective
  • Serve as a key liaison between Forgen, subcontractors, clients, regulators, and third-party

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
  • 5–10+ years of progressive safety experience in heavy civil, environmental, industrial, mining, oil
  • Proven ability to lead field teams and influence safety culture.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety reporting systems.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license.
