EHS Technician

📋 Description

• Manage Haz-waste on site
• Respond to chemical spills
• Operate powered industrial vehicles such as scissor lifts and forklifts
• Ensure day-to-day compliance with EHS policies and regulations
• Perform various environmental and safety inspections of the facility and key equipment
• Analyze job hazard analysis documentation and performing tracking and trends

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in an EHS related role. Degreed education can be substituted for required
• Proven ability to work within cross functional teams and execute outcomes to achieve aggressive
• Ability to move objects up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with the following programs: Control of Hazardous Energy (LOTO), Permit Required
• Direct experience with navigating regulatory requirements as they relate to Large Quantity
