ELA Content Product Manager

📋 Description

• Adapt ELA content for state editions and adoptions, including standards extraction and crosswalks
• Own instructional integrity of ELA programs across digital, lesson presentations, and print
• Create integrated and designated ELD supports aligned to California ELD Standards
• Keep live courses accurate: triage support tickets, fix broken links, run QA, request republishes
• Serve as day-to-day content contact with curriculum partners
• Scope, brief, assign, and review work for contractors and vendors; estimate hours and track budgets

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of K-12 ELA classroom teaching experience
• 3+ years of instructional design or curriculum development in ELA
• Experience writing K-8 ELA lessons and materials including foundational skills
• Experience with EL Education or similar core ELA curriculum
• Understanding of student-centered, text-based, knowledge-building ELA instruction
• Product-forward mindset with comfort in ambiguity and iterative shipping
