• Develop passages, test questions, performance tasks, and other assessment content designed to
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop high-quality, standards-aligned
• Research and identify appropriate stimulus materials for assessments and obtain copyright
• Create and review assessment items using specialized digital tools, including interactive items
• Participate in individual and group item review sessions, incorporating feedback and documenting
• Assist with the assembly and review of field-test and operational assessment forms.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field is required.
• Approximately 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in English Language Arts, assessment
• Strong ELA subject-matter expertise and the ability to translate academic concepts into clear
• Demonstrated creativity, analytical thinking, and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to identify problems, evaluate information, and develop practical solutions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple
