📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain eLearning content for BigID University.
• Collaborate with product, enablement, and engineering teams.
• Turn complex concepts into videos, courses, and labs.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content production.
• Ensure content quality, accessibility, and updates alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years building technical software training for enterprise SaaS.
• Data structures, cloud platforms AWS/Azure/GCP, Databricks catalogs.
• Proficient with eLearning tools (Evolve), Camtasia, Synthesia, and LMS.
• AI fluency: integrating generative AI into the content lifecycle.
• Soft skills: project management, communication, collaboration.
• Degree in Education or Instructional Design, or related field.
