📋 Description

• Partner with SMEs to analyze learning objectives and develop engaging, interactive eLearning courses
• Design and produce instructional materials incorporating multimedia elements
• Utilize authoring tools and video editing platforms to create polished training content
• Contribute to development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of training materials
• Explore and implement new eLearning technologies and methodologies
• Organize, plan, and execute self-paced course creation and updates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and minimum 3 years of experience in eLearning
• Proven experience creating eLearning content with rapid development tools (preferably Articulate
• Proficiency in basic video editing for educational purposes (e.g., Camtasia)
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and written communication skills
• Strong time management, task prioritization, and organizational abilities
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for learning
