• Evaluate structure, pacing, engagement, assessment, accessibility, and overall learner experience
• Deliver findings and recommendations document for each course using the provided template, with
• Flag outdated content, inconsistencies, and gaps against current CrossFit methodology and brand
• Recommend whether each course needs targeted updates or a full rebuild, with an estimate of effort
• Update existing Rise 360 builds or rebuild courses from scratch based on approved recommendations
• Design interactions, knowledge checks, scenarios, and assessments that reinforce learning and

🎯 Requirements

• Deep grounding in adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM
• Advanced and current, hands-on Articulate Rise 360 skills, including blocks, interactions, quizzes
• Experience auditing and redesigning existing courses, not only building new ones
• Strong assessment design skills, including scenario-based questions and knowledge checks that
• Clear, practical written recommendations a non-designer can act on
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards and SCORM publishing to a learning management system
