eLearning Instructional Designer (Remote)

📋 Description

• Design and develop eLearning content (courses, games) with AI for LMS.
• Apply adult learning principles; use AI to enhance content delivery.
• Collaborate with SMEs, QA, engineers, and leadership to build engaging courses.
• Stay current with AI tech in eLearning; explore new tools.
• Work with AI content tools and integrate assets into LMS.

🎯 Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. in Adult Education, Cybersecurity, or IT.
• M.S./M.A./M.Ed. in Instructional Design or Instructional Technology preferred.
• At least 2 years in instructional design and storyboard development.
• At least 2 years creating complex formative/summative assessments.
• Experience with Section 508 & WCAG 2.1 accessibility.
• Experience with AI content tools (ElevenLabs, Synthesia, RunwayML).
