📋 Description

• Manage recruitment, negotiation, and onboarding of distribution and endorsing partners for
• Coordinate with campus interns for distribution in assigned markets
• Drive traffic to Change.vote through partnerships and endorsements
• Report to Partnerships Lead and collaborate with Elections team
• Recruit endorsers to submit their candidates of choice within the Change.vote ecosystem
• Build relationships with civic and community organizations to expand outreach

🎯 Requirements

• Strong outreach skills; comfortable initiating cold outreach and closing relationships
• Experience managing volunteers or interns
• Ability to work independently and adapt tactics
• AI experience is a plus; fluent and strategic
• Nice to have: bilingual (English and Spanish)
