📋 Description

• Design, analyze, test, and support high-volume spacecraft electric propulsion hardware.
• End-to-end ownership from design through qualification.
• Collaborate with manufacturing for efficient, reliable production.
• Lead root-cause investigations and redesigns to boost reliability.
• Develop and execute qualification tests for flight readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, aerospace, physics, or related engineering.
• 3+ years in propulsion design, testing, or related spacecraft hardware.
• Experience with electric propulsion, fluids, pressure, plasma, or thruster-adjacent hardware.
• Hands-on experience with test facilities, vacuum systems, cryogenic pumps, data acquisition.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance preferred or willingness to obtain.
