Electrical Engineer- Data Centers

📋 Description

• Lead electrical engineering evaluations for prospective data center sites, colocation
• Evaluate power infrastructure feasibility, utility availability, distribution systems, and
• Define electrical strategies, redundancy, and equipment selection to support AI infrastructure
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, utility providers, consultants, and suppliers to ensure

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data center electrical engineering, power systems design, or
• Strong expertise in medium-voltage distribution, switchgear, UPS systems, generators, and utility
• Experience evaluating electrical feasibility for data center sites before commitments.
• Understanding of capacity planning, redundancy architectures (N, N+1, 2N), and capex trade-offs.
• Experience supporting hyperscale data centers or AI infrastructure is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field; PE license or equivalent is a plus.
