Electrical Engineer- Data Centers

📋 Description

• Lead electrical engineering evaluations for data center sites and development projects.
• Assess power infrastructure feasibility, distribution strategies, and on-site readiness for AI
• Define electrical topology, capacity, and redundancy architectures; select equipment.
• Collaborate with internal teams, utility providers, and suppliers to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide Go/No-Go recommendations based on feasibility and risks.
• Support hyperscale data centers and large-scale AI environments with technical standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data center electrical engineering, power systems, or mission-critical
• Strong expertise in medium-voltage distribution, switchgear, UPS, generators, and interconnection.
• Experience evaluating electrical feasibility for data center sites prior to commitments.
• Understanding of capacity planning, redundancy architectures, capex trade-offs.
• Experience with EPMS/BMS controls and electrical system commissioning.
• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field; PE license is a plus.
