Lead engineering and construction of power generation plants (gas/diesel, turbines, solar, hybrids)
Oversee build/commissioning of power generation infrastructure; coordinate with construction teams
Develop maintenance programs for power systems
Perform load forecasting, energy modeling, and optimization
Collaborate with utility providers for grid interconnections and on-site generation
Based at McGregor facility; travel may be required

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
3+ years in electrical engineering focusing on power generation design, construction, or maintenance
5+ years in industrial/manufacturing facility electrical engineering, ideally in aerospace, telecommunications, or high-tech sectors
Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, or SKM PowerTools
PE license in Texas or eligibility to obtain one
Experience with grid interconnections and renewable integration
