🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s in electrical engineering or related field (or technical equivalent)
0–3 years experience; internships and projects count
Hands-on soldering, cable/harness assembly; IPC/J-STD training a plus
Lab test equipment familiarity; oscilloscope, DMM, power supply, function generator
Strong fundamentals in analog/digital circuits and power distribution
Exposure to schematic/PCB capture tools (Altium, KiCad, Eagle, OrCAD)
