Electrical Engineer (Systems / Integration / Experimentation)

📋 Description

• Be the generalist EE for the scanner system: integration, bring-up, and debugging.
• Own ultrasound experimentations feeding the image reconstruction team.
• Design and execute transducer characterization setups and ex vivo testing.
• Acquire, process, and analyze RF/baseband signals for data quality.
• Design simple boards/adapters for monitoring, power, and interfaces.
• Prototype quickly and harden implementations with wiring, grounding, and safety interlocks.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on EE background with real lab experience building and debugging systems.
• Solid signal processing fundamentals: measure, condition, digitize, assess SNR.
• Comfort with system integration and light PCB design in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to bridge hardware and algorithms: communicate constraints and close gaps vs simulation.
• High agency and practicality: set up experiments, get trustworthy data, unblock others.
• Ultrasound/acoustic sensing experience: transducer testing and hydrophone calibration.
