• Design advanced electrical engineering problems for frontier AI training and evaluation
• Create deterministic problems with exactly one correct answer
• Write complete, verified solutions and clearly document the reasoning process
• Develop problems involving circuits, electronics, signal processing, control systems
• Create problems that require multi-step quantitative reasoning and engineering judgment
• Where relevant, use Python, MATLAB/Simulink, SPICE, or specialized engineering software to validate

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field
• Strong research or industry experience in electrical systems, electronics, signal processing
• Strong mathematical and computational problem-solving skills
• Solid grasp of circuit analysis, modeling, numerical methods, and engineering fundamentals
• Ability to design original, difficult problems that mirror real electrical engineering workflows
• Excellent attention to detail and technical writing skills in English
