📋 Description

• Lead the electrical engineering team focused on high-performance embedded compute
• Drive design for manufacturability and testability across hardware iterations
• Own CM/OEM technical relationship during NPIs and production
• Partner with OEMs to ensure clean hardware integration with vehicle platforms
• Uphold functional safety and automotive quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in hardware development; prior management experience a plus
• Deep experience with PCB design, high-speed signaling, and thermal management for AV compute
• Strong grasp of power distribution and DC-DC conversion for compute/sensor loads
• Experience with ISO 26262 and automotive reliability practices
