Electrical Harness Engineer

📋 Description

• Design harnesses end-to-end for airframe, catapult, and GCS
• Translate system interfaces into manufacturable harness designs
• Govern routing across mechanical and EM environments
• Own supplier data packages from definition to release
• Collaborate with avionics, power, RF/EMC and mechanics
• Ensure reliability and performance in mission-critical operations

🎯 Requirements

• Build and validate prototypes in lab
• Proficient in SOLIDWORKS Electrical or Siemens Capital
• Experience with PLM and harness data management
• Knowledge of connectors, backshells, shield terminations
• Understand EMC and cable routing for emissions
• Experience in aerospace/defence; AS50881/EN3197/MIL-W-22759
