Electrical Maintenance Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with production/fulfilment to ensure equipment and skills availability.
• Provide shift leadership in daily kitchen operations.
• Diagnose and fix plant issues including site services.
• Own and drive machinery reliability; respond to breakdowns during shifts.
• Be the final port of call for diagnosing reasons the plant isn't running to SOP.
• Carry out Root Cause Analysis of efficiency losses and major breakdowns.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong multi-skilled engineering background with an apprenticeship.
• Electrical bias with strong electrical diagnostics experience.
• Qualified to HNC level in an Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in Engineering or Senior Technician role; supervisory experience.
• PC literate; cloud-based systems and Google Suite.
• Excellent communication, coaching and training skills; team leadership.
