Electrical Maintenance Lead

📋 Description

• Supervise electrical maintenance on air cushion vehicles and naval/aircraft systems.
• Develop and manage quality control programs for maintenance.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and enforce safety standards.
• Direct troubleshooting, diagnostics, and system modifications.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620 standards.
• Mentor and train technicians; promote safety and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: High School degree required.
• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• Must possess current NDT certifications.
• 5+ years maintaining aircraft or Navy shipboard systems.
• 5 years supervising maintenance in these environments.
• Familiar with J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620.
