Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

📋 Description

• Assist in directing preventive maintenance programs
• Conduct periodic inspections of all plant systems, equipment, facilities and grounds
• Oversee all changes or upgrades and implement corrective actions
• Supervise maintenance and production employees in the Electrical/Electronic Technician group
• Coordinate and supervise construction and service work by outside contractors
• Oversee health and safety issues affecting ergonomic factors

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or additional training preferred
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Glass industry experience highly preferred
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
