Electrical Superintendent

📋 Description

• Lead assigned jobs in the field and own execution, workmanship, and progress.
• Manage daily production against the job timeline and coordinate labor, tools, materials.
• Inspect completed work for quality, code compliance, and completeness before leaving site.
• Lead safe work practices, ensure PPE, lockout/tagout, and hazard awareness.
• Provide timely field updates on progress, delays, material needs, schedule risks.
• Direct and develop helpers and apprentices, holding them accountable for quality and safety.

🎯 Requirements

• Journeyman or Master Electrician capability preferred and strong field leadership.
• Strong knowledge of commercial, industrial, and service electrical work.
• Able to read plans, assess field conditions, and identify material/labor needs.
• Able to lead helpers and apprentices while maintaining quality and safety.
• Strong judgment, accountability, and communication in fast-moving conditions.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
