📋 Description

• Design, develop, and integrate automated inline and end-of-line test systems for battery validation.
• Ensure data collection and analysis from test stations to monitor process stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to commission new production lines.
• Develop, implement, and troubleshoot complex test procedures for validation.
• Develop and maintain test documentation including system architectures and validation procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement in test coverage, cycle times, and equipment reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Systems, Test Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in systems integration, automated testing, or manufacturing control.
• Proficiency in automated test architectures and software (LabVIEW, Python).
• Strong data analysis skills to interpret data, troubleshoot failures, and apply SPC.
• Hands-on experience integrating test hardware (DAQs, sensors) with automation platforms.
• Strong knowledge of industrial networking and system-level troubleshooting.
