• Provide optional 1:1 coaching to students who request it

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as an electrician (residential, commercial, or industrial)
• Interest in mentoring career changers
• Strong communication and teaching ability
• Availability at least three evenings per week (Tue–Thu)
• Self-starter, comfortable leading workshops
